Investors Trust, incorporated in 1977, is the Asset Manager and Real Estate Investment Advisor to NNN Realty Fund, Retail Realty Fund, Golf Realty Fund, Residential Realty Fund, O Hill Capital, Bear Brand Ranch Company, Investors Realty Fund, Investors Private Equity, and Investors Philanthropic.
Investors Trust is headquartered in Upper Newport Plaza in Newport Beach, California.
Meet Our Directors
Steve Abraham is the Managing Director of Operations and a shareholder/partner. He is responsible for asset management and acquisitions, due diligence, and financing.
Mr. Abraham has participated in the acquisition and disposition of nearly one billion dollars of real estate investments and assisted in the creation of tens of millions of dollars in increased value through acquisitions, dispositions, entitlements, leasing, sales, and management. He is a seasoned real estate professional with an extensive 29-year real estate background in the Southern California market and throughout the United States. Mr. Abraham is the Executive Director of Investors Realty Fund, a Trustee and Financial Advisor to private real estate firms, and Principal of Property Group International, a full-service real estate brokerage and investment firm. Mr. Abraham’s areas of expertise include acquisition and disposition, lease negotiations, asset management, property management, and project development – taking transactions from start to finish, including negotiation, entitlement, and the approval process, in order to maximize the return on investment, with continued focus on locating and analyzing real estate investment opportunities.
Mr. Abraham is a licensed real estate broker in the State of California and a graduate of Pepperdine University and completed the Finance, Real Estate, and Law (“FRL”) Program at California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. Designed to produce viable real estate managers and professionals, the FRL program emphasizes the private real estate market, brokerage, mortgage lending, real estate research and appraisal, and real property investment through integration of financial concepts.

Alain O'Connor is the Managing Director of Accounting and Reporting and a shareholder/partner. Alain is responsible for tax filing, budgeting, reporting, & lender/investor relations. Alain O'Connor grew up in Hawaii, and attended the University of California, Santa Barbara.
He received his degree in Business Economics with an Emphasis in Accounting. Alain is a CPA and prior to joining Investor Trust, in 2012, he managed $150M real estate portfolio known as LBA Fund II.

Jonathan Bailey is the Managing Director of Development and is responsible for project management, entitlement, and investment analysis.
Jonathan grew up in Orange County and attended the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development.

Amanda Tran is the is the Managing Director of Investors Private Equity. She is responsible for the Company’s Strategy and Operations, Portfolio Management, and Performance. She is also a Managing Director of Investors Trust, a real estate asset manager and investment advisor.
Amanda holds bachelor’s degree in Business Economics with an emphasis in Management from the University of California, Irvine.
Amanda’s hobbies include tennis, snow skiing, and anything artistic.

Valentina Khan is the Managing Director of Investors Philanthropic and shareholder/partner in Investors Trust. Valentina was born on Valentine's Day & raised in Orange County, California.
She is a graduate of the University of Southern California Bachelor of Arts, received her Juris Doctorate at Howard Taft Law School & continued her education with a Masters of Arts degree with an emphasis in Philanthropy and Community Leadership from Claremont. Valentina is the Host for the Joy of Giving series, which highlights various business leaders & nonprofits. She is passionate about bringing the joy of giving to millions, through Investors Philanthropic which is a 501 (c)(3) Donor Advised Fund which creates opportunities for Donors to fulfill their philanthropic missions.

Robert O Hill is the Chairman of the Board of Investors Trust and Executive Director of O Hill Capital. O Hill Capital develops and acquires portfolio investment properties and is the lead investor in Golf Realty Fund, Investors Realty Fund, Residential Realty Fund, NNN Realty Fund, and Bear Brand Ranch Compnay which are all managed by Investors Trust. Developed properties include Peppertree Bend in San Juan Capistrano and Bear Brand Ranch, which is a 1,550 acre master-planned community in Laguna Niguel and Monarch Beach, California. Portfolio properties include Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market, Newport Beach Country Club, Huntington Club, Spanish Hills Club & Monarch Beach Promenade.
Robert O Hill is a third-generation Orange Countian who attended Newport Harbor High School, the University of Southern California and the University of California Irvine, and served in the United States Coast Guard Reserve. Prior to starting his own real estate companies he spent several years involved in real estate investment banking with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
Robert O Hill is a member of The Reserve, Newport Beach Country Club, Huntington Club, The Pacific Club, Urban Land Institute and International Council of Shopping Centers. He served for four consecutive years as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bear Brand Ranch Community Association, and was appointed by Supervisor Thomas F. Riley to serve as a member of the Major Landowner Committee for Orange County Transportation. Mr. O Hill is a member of the Circle of Leadership and Center Benefactors for the Segerstrom Center of Performing Arts Center, member of the Board of Trustees for the Orange County Art Museum, and is a past member of the Orange County Board of Directors for United Way, in addition to other charitable interests.
